The Vacant Property Review Committee has posted the Agenda for its Jan. 12 meeting.
The Philadelphia Land Bank has issued a Request for Proposals for the maintenance of vacant structures. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on January 5, 2016, and proposals are due on January 22, 2016.

Mayor Michael A. Nutter electronically transferred the deeds for 150 properties into the Philadelphia Land Bank’s inventory. These are the first of approximately 650 Philadelphia Housing Development Corp. properties to be transferred to the Land Bank by the end of the year. Read the release.
